eMind.com's communications goal was to communicate its value proposition and build immediacy for the professional education and information provider among its targeted industries (insurance, banking, and accounting). To achieve this objective, members of the LandersMadden team took a highly vertical approach and leveraged eMind's relationships with AIG, Farmers Insurance Group, Northern Trust Securities, Travelers, and partnerships like iPipeline.com, to generate awareness and publicity in the insurance industry. As eMind.com was a start-up with limited funds, the company was going up against leaders in the education business -- a challenge that we worked diligently to overcome.
